Most dental professionals suggest you brush your teeth at least twice a day for at least two minutes each time. Brushing after every meal and flossing once a day is a good way to maintain your dental health.
- Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
- Clean between your teeth once a day
- Eat a balanced diet and limit snacks
- Visit your dentist regularly
Anyone who is in danger of developing impacted wisdom teeth should have them removed to prevent damage to the adjacent molars or other problems.
If you have lost most or all of your teeth (upper, lower, or both) dentures might be right for you. For those with some natural teeth remaining, partial dentures are recommended to improve chewing and speech.
